  • Prepare site survey packs for new project or current stores
  • Prepare scope of work and tenders documents and be involved in the appointing of and fit-out contractors process
  • Supervise the fit-out work and conduct project progress reports ensuring that project execution is within budget time frame and quality standards
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages

  • Should be either from Civil or Architectural disciplines Preferably Masters in Engineering
  • Control over the contractors personnel and VENDORS performance and productivity
  • Promote the No injury culture in the contractors workforce
  • Plan and control the Project progress
  • Ensures accurate comprehensive and timely project reporting achieves key milestones
  • Develops clearly and implements the requirements of the Scope of Work
  • Completes the project until hand over to Operations
  • Closes all contractor actions
  • Develops a complete understanding of the contract and any relevant subcontracts in order to provide full support to the project management team
  • Establishes and defines the project organization defining the project staffing requirements coordinating staffing with supporting organization managers
  • Ensures effective and timely coordination of design procurement material management construction and commissioning for integration of scheduled activities
  • Follow up the Contractor progress report and conduct weekly meetings and site visits
  • This position applies senior-level knowledge and skills in project management assisting with organizing and planning projects for the ODW meeting strict delivery dates
