  • Maintaining client and contact lists on relevant databases
  • Receive and relay directives instructions and assignment to and from top management

  • Coordinating consolidating relevant information and evaluates the most effective means and options available to resolve address and respond to issues in an expedient and appropriate manner
  • Follows up on a variety of matters information and action requested by the director to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Works with a variety of staff to obtain information in response to requests from the director
  • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Ability to effectively utilize the Internet as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge Requirements Excellent organizational skills with high level of attention to detail and follow-up
